We are IT-Beratung Ralf Bub GmbH in the Freiburg/Gundelfingen area. As a certified Myfactory Consulting Center, we help businesses implement, customise and use their ERP software, from inventory management and CRM to production and online shops.

We are looking for someone who understands technical systems, stays curious and helps us take the use of AI in ERP consulting forward.

Your responsibilities

• Put AI into practice: Identify where AI can improve our work and our customers' processes, and implement suitable solutions.
• Understand and automate processes: Recognise recurring tasks and develop ways to complete them more easily, quickly and reliably.
• Develop technical solutions: Get to grips with Myfactory, databases and interfaces, and use AI for analysis, programming and documentation.
• Evaluate results critically: Assess, test and improve AI outputs before putting them to use.
• Share knowledge with the team: Show us which tools are useful and how to apply them effectively in our daily work.

What you bring

• The ability to learn quickly and an interest in understanding complex systems.
• Technical understanding and the ability to work confidently and independently with computers and software.
• Practical experience with AI tools that goes beyond occasionally asking a chatbot questions.
• The ability to investigate problems methodically and learn about new subjects independently.
• A commitment to completing tasks reliably and delivering working results.
• Good German language skills that allow you to explain technical subjects clearly.

Knowledge of SQL, programming, APIs or ERP systems is helpful. You do not need to master all of these already. What matters is that you want to learn and can show us how you approach technical tasks.

Whether your background is in IT, software development or business informatics, or you are making a career change with strong technical skills: we are most interested in your abilities and what you put into practice.
